At NatraGlow, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That's why we offer a 90-day trial period, giving you the peace of mind to try our products risk-free and ensure they meet your expectations.
If you're not fully satisfied with your results by the end of the trial period, simply return the product to us, and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a smooth refund process.
To be eligible for the 90-day trial, you must have proof of purchase from NatraGlow.
Once your parcel is delivered, please email us at hello@natraglow.com.au with a blank email and the words “90-Day Trial” in the subject line to initiate your trial process.
Use the product(s) for at least 80 days but no more than 90 days from the date of purchase. Be sure to follow the instructions in the user manual to achieve the best results. To ensure proper usage, we ask that you take weekly progress photos of the device being used and the area being treated. If necessary, we may request these photos as proof of correct usage.
If you are not satisfied with your results, please email our customer service team with your review and refund request.
Upon approval, return the product(s) (in their original packaging with all components) via a traceable mail service within 90 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for cost of the return shipping as well as a $19.99 restocking fee, which are non-refundable.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund for the purchase price, minus the restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please ensure that all steps are completed in order to qualify for a refund under the 90-day trial.
